The CAT Eyes community resources webpage is an interactive one-stop source for information about ways to detect and mitigate a response to terrorist actions. The purpose of this section is to offer the following items to any citizen across the globe. Feel free to participate in any or all of the following activities.

1. Report a tip on the FBI’s website.
2. Watch 3 free 15 minute training videos on detecting and responding to terrorist activity. The three videos cover the topics of terrorist casing & rehearsal, nuclear & conventional explosives and chemical attacks.
3. Enroll in a free computer-based trainer, that will teach you the following topics:

  • Overview of terrorism
  • What specifically to look for
  • How to properly report your findings
  • How to survive weapons of mass destruction attacks

The computer-based trainer will take approximately 90 minutes to complete; which you will be able to start and stop at your leisure. Upon completion, you will be able to download a certificate and a student handout for your records.

5. Shop at the CAT Eyes Store.
