The CAT Eyes Community
The CAT Eyes community resources webpage is an interactive one-stop source for information about ways to detect and mitigate a response to terrorist actions. The purpose of this section of the website is to offer the following items to any citizen across the globe. Feel free to participate in any or all of the following activities.

1.    Report a tip
2.    Take a free test to determine your knowledge of terrorism.
3.    Subscribe to a free weekly electronic newsletter. Sign up to recieve a weekly electronic newsletter on the tips and techniques of terrorism.  In the event of an emergency an additional newsletter will be sent out to notify subscribers of the status of the current situation and offer some response strategies.
4.    Watch 3 free 15 minute training videos on detecting and responding to terrorist activity. The three videos cover the topics of terrorist casing and rehearsal, nuclear and conventional explosives, and chemical attacks.
5.    Enroll in a free computer-based trainer , that will teach you the following topics:
  • Overview of terrorism
  • What specifically to look for
  • How to properly report your findings
  • How to survive weapons of mass destruction attacks
The computer-based trainer will take approximately 90 minutes to complete.  You will be able to start and stop at your leisure. You will be able to download a completion certificate and a student handout.
