FAQs
Q: Could a terrorist come to a class and learn what we teach?
A: Yes, this is possible. However, the information provided at the course is not information that would be useful to them. A similar analogy would be teaching a class on crime prevention and informing criminals that they are afraid of security alarm systems.

Q: Do I have to join a block watch after training?
A: No, but it is encouraged. This will ensure that a trained set of civilians can be updated with the best information available. It will also help communities organize events for future unplanned and unseen emergencies.

Q: What does it cost?
A: The basic course costs $25.00. This will get you your training, a lapel pin and half your proceeds will go to sponsor training at small law enforcement or volunteer agencies. Look at the other courses AVAILABLE

Q: Has this been used?
A: Hundreds of instructors have been trained. The Boston PD community police officers, US Park Police have trained employees around the capitol, New York Stock Exchange Security guards, plus hundreds of smaller law enforcement agencies in NJ, PA, Ohio, Virginia, and Maryland.

Q: Does this encourage racial profiling?
A: No, we teach to “Watch America with Pride, not Prejudice”. We adamantly teach people to look for the indicators of terrorism not race or religion. We actually showed our program to the Arab-American Institute and got a testimonial letter.

Q: Does this encourage spying on your neighbors?
A: No, CAT Eyes is a passive program. We teach the basic indicators of terrorism and ask people to be vigilant as they live their daily lives. We teach if something “feels” wrong contact your local police, and then let them do their jobs.

Q: Are CAT Eyes trained citizens part of a big brother watch group?
A: No, anyone worldwide can get CAT Eye trained. All it does is teach citizen’s citizens what the indicators of terrorism, not race or religion. There is no database that CAT Eyes or the government maintains on these tips.
